教育部、卫生部等六部委将护理专业列为国家紧缺人才专业,而高职护理毕业生在当前卫生服务行业需求量最大。由于高职校教育资源不足,对护理女生心理健康关注不够,既影响其在校学习、生活和工作质量,对今后将要承担的职业风险抵御力、个人职业发展和和谐护患关系建立也有影响。因此,建立心理健康工作体系、多种途径加强护理女大学生心理健康教育是一项重要课题。
