组建职教集团,实施规模化、集团化、连锁化办学,是实现职业教育资源共享、促进职业院校和企业优势互补的职教发展新模式,是深化校企合作、提高职业院校办学活力、实现职业教育与市场需求的对接的重要举措。本文以潍坊市化工职业教育集团的成立为案例,对集团的内涵要求、组建的必要性和意义进行了分析,并提出了将集团做大做强的对策与工作设想。
