免疫兴奋是试图用药物来提高宿主的非特异性防御机制,用于预防感染和肿瘤。免疫兴奋剂必须具备下列条件:①抗原性极少或无。②不会诱发变态反应、自身免疫反应或其他副作用。③无致癌或促癌作用。④生物学降解迅速。⑤化学性质明确。免疫兴奋剂能从量上提高免疫反应。激活的巨噬细胞,不仅能增强吞噬作用,还能产生集落兴奋因子(CSF)。后者又能兴奋骨髓的干细胞,从而产生更多中性白细胞。其结果增强了抵抗力。
Immune excitement is an attempt to use drugs to enhance the host’s non-specific defense mechanisms for the prevention of infections and tumors. Immune stimulants must meet the following conditions: 1 Little or no antigenicity. 2 does not induce allergy, autoimmune reactions or other side effects. 3 No carcinogenic or pro-carcinogenic effects. 4 Rapid biological degradation. 5 Chemical properties are clear. Immune stimulants can increase the immune response in quantity. Activated macrophages not only enhance phagocytosis but also produce colony stimulatory factor (CSF). The latter can also stimulate bone marrow stem cells, resulting in more neutral white blood cells. The result is increased resistance.
