当前,网络已经普及到人们的日常生活中,电子商务的发展随之不断发展,且发展过程中,电子商务对人才的要求越来越高。但是,很多学校培养的电子商务人才与市场的要求不一致,供求双方的矛盾十分突出。因此,当前存在的关键问题是如何用有效的方式解决电子商务人才培养模式的不足之处,以便缓解电子商务人才供求矛盾。本文立足于电子商务的发展现状以及未来发展趋势,分析电子商务人才培养模式中存在的问题,对以人才为导向的电子商务人才培养模式进行探讨,以期培养一批与市场需求相符的人才,促进电子商务的发展。
At present, the network has been popularized into people’s daily life, and the development of e-commerce is followed by continuous development. In the process of development, the requirements of e-commerce on talents are getting higher and higher. However, the e-commerce talents trained by many schools are inconsistent with the requirements of the market. The contradiction between supply and demand is very prominent. Therefore, the key issue currently exists is how to effectively solve the shortcomings of e-commerce personnel training mode in order to ease the contradiction between supply and demand of e-commerce professionals. Based on the current situation of e-commerce development and future development trend, this essay analyzes the existing problems in e-commerce talent training mode and probes into talent-oriented training mode of e-commerce talents in order to train a group of talented people in line with market demand and promote E-commerce development.
