计算机和档案工作现代化电子计算机是二十世纪科学技术的卓越成就之一,是现代科学技术发展的重要标志之一。电子计算机的应用,有力地推动了近代科学技术和社会生产的发展,对社会生活的各个方面产生了巨大而深远的影响。计算机已开始有条件地代替一部分特定的脑力劳动,就象有些机器代替体力劳动一样。随着科学、技术和生产的不断发展,计算机应用越来越广泛。可以说,任何部门和学科的现代化都离不开计算机。
Computer and Archival Work Modern electronic computers are one of the outstanding achievements of science and technology in the twentieth century and one of the important symbols of the development of modern science and technology. The application of electronic computers has effectively promoted the development of modern science, technology and social production and has had a huge and far-reaching impact on all aspects of social life. Computers have begun to conditionally replace a portion of specific mental work, just as some machines replace manual labor. With the continuous development of science, technology and production, the computer application is more and more widely used. It can be said that the modernization of any department and discipline can not be separated from the computer.
