产业发展是城镇化的前提和基础,城镇化反过来又促进产业发展。因此,产城融合是城镇化的必要选择。同时,住房市场和城镇化之间也存在着互动关系。本文立足于城市低成本住房制度对城镇化作用机制的研究,基于农业转移人口家庭化迁移消费效应作用渠道的探索,分析城市低成本住房制度对产城融合和城镇化的作用机理,并提出目前完善我国城市低成本住房制度的理论框架与实施路径。
