目的研究复方苦味下珠胶囊(KWYZ)对小鼠实验性肝损伤的作用。方法采用四氯化碳(CCl4)、D氨基半乳糖胺(DGaLN)所致小鼠肝损伤模型,以乙肝宁为对照药,观察KWYZ的保肝作用。结果KWYZ能改善肝能的损害程度,减轻肝组织的病理改变。结论复方苦味叶下珠具有保肝作用。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of compound bitter taste Xiazhu capsule (KWYZ) on experimental liver injury in mice. Methods The hepatic injury model of mice induced by carbon tetrachloride (CCl4) and D-galactosamine (DGaLN) was used. The liver protection effect of KWYZ was observed by using Yiganing as the control drug. Results KWYZ can improve the degree of liver energy damage and reduce the pathological changes of liver tissue. Conclusion Compound bitter leaves have liver protection.
