目的研究分析电话随访实施延续护理对提高护理满意度的效果。方法自2016年1月~2016年9月中对我院出院的患者进行抽查随访,每月抽查全院临床科室出院病人80例人数,2016年1~9月共随访780例人数,(包括妇科,产科,优生优育科)调查分析患者对实施电话随访延续护理的满意度。结果通过电话随访发现,患者对实施延续护理非常满意,护理总满意率高达770(98.71%),患者对在住院期间的护理工作较为满意。结论心理护理、健康教育等护理干预对于提高患者疾病的认知度具有较为良好的效果,且能够有效地提高患者对电话随访延续护理的满意率,值得进一步用于临床推广及应用。
Objective To analyze and analyze the effect of telephone follow-up to extend nursing to improve nursing satisfaction. Methods From January 2016 to September 2016, patients discharged from our hospital were randomly selected for randomized follow-up. The number of discharged patients in the clinical departments of the hospital was counted every month. From January to September 2016, 780 patients were followed up (including gynecology , Obstetrics, eugenics and fertility subjects) to investigate and analyze the patient’s satisfaction with the telephone follow-up nursing. Results The telephone follow-up found that patients were very satisfied with the implementation of extended care. The total satisfaction rate of nursing was as high as 770 (98.71%). The patients were satisfied with the nursing during the hospitalization. Conclusions Nursing interventions such as psychological nursing and health education have a good effect on improving the cognition degree of patients ’diseases and can effectively improve the patients’ satisfaction rate with continuous follow-up of telephone follow-up, which is worth further use in clinical promotion and application.
