八十年春秋冬夏,八十年风风雨雨,中国共产党,带领中国人民经历了从贫穷落后到繁荣昌盛、从山河破碎到强大统一、从受人欺凌到扬眉吐气的伟大变革。 时值党的80周年华诞之日,江泽民总书记在“七·一”讲话中总结了我党80年采的发展历程和伟大业绩,阐述了“三个代表”的重要内涵及理论体系,指明了新的历史时期建立一个什么样的党以及怎样建党的问题,这是对党的性质、根本宗旨和历史任务的新概括,是新形势下对各级党组织和党员干部提出的新要求。我刊编辑部为此组织有关专家学者结合河南实际、畅谈体会。
