县处于行政系统下层,层次低,区域小,信息源少,覆盖面窄,代表性差,阻隔层多,诸多劣势决定了其反馈高层次信息的难度。近年来,我们迎难而上,坚持从县一级的特定地位和实际情况出发,扬其优势,避其劣势,努力探索挖掘高层次信息的途径,有以下几点成功的尝试。
County is in the lower administrative system, the level is low, the area is small, the information source is small, the coverage is narrow, the representation is poor, the barrier is many and many disadvantages determine the difficulty of feeding back high-level information. In recent years, we have been facing the challenge of success. We insist on proceeding from the specific status and actual conditions at the county level, advancing their strengths, avoiding their disadvantages and making efforts to explore ways to tap high-level information with the following successful attempts.
