The vibrating and extruded concrete pressure pipe (hereinafter referred to as “one-stage pipe”) has been put into operation in China since 1968. However, in the production of first-stage pipes, many problems have not yet been fundamentally resolved. For example, hollowness of the protective layer, elliptical bearing and elliptical prestressed steel stress are not clear, and the quality of the pipe is greatly affected. . In order to fundamentally solve a series of problems such as hollowing of the protective layer, in recent years, I have carried out some research work.
