目前,许多高性能模拟集成电路采用介质隔离技术。精密放大器、视频电路、模拟开关、高输入电压电路,甚至模拟专用集成电路(ASIC),均通过采用介质隔离技术而提高了性能,这些电路能提高你最需要的系统的性能。 介质隔离技术,是由哈里斯公司于六十年代首先引入生产中的,本来是用来改善IC的抗辐射能力。以后,有另外三家公司——Burr-Brown公司、Elantec公司和Sipex公司的数据线性事业部,加入了介质隔离IC供应商的行列。事实上,这四家公司中的两家只是在最近才进入这一领域的,Elantec公司在1985年开始生产这种器件,而Sipex公司直到1988年1月才开始提供标准产品。
Currently, many high-performance analog integrated circuits using dielectric isolation technology. Precision amplifiers, video circuits, analog switches, high input voltage circuits, and even analog ASICs have all improved performance by using dielectric isolation technology that improves the performance of your most desired system. Dielectric isolation technology, first introduced into Harris production by the company in the 1960s, was originally designed to improve the radiation resistance of ICs. Later, three other companies, Data Linear Division of Burr-Brown, Elantec, and Sipex, joined the ranks of media-isolation IC vendors. In fact, two of the four companies only recently entered the field, and Elantec started production of the device in 1985, and Sipex did not start shipping standard products until January 1988.
