在不停电情况下正确进行遥控试验是大电网集控中心接入无人值班变电站时必须要解决的核心技术问题之一,通过详细分析主站到常规变电站及数字化变电站的遥控执行过程,给出了解决该问题的实用方法,尤其是保护测控一体化的综合自动化设备和数字化变电站的不停电遥控试验问题,其关键在于正确选择遥控试验边界,针对不同边界采取相应客观有效的遥控试验方法。
It is one of the key technical problems that must be solved when a large power network centralized control center accesses the unattended substation without interruption. By analyzing the remote control execution process of the main station to conventional substations and digital substations, The practical method to solve this problem, especially the protection of integrated automation equipment and digital substation testing and control of non-stop telecontrol test, the key lies in the correct choice of remote control test boundaries, for different boundaries to take the appropriate objective and effective remote control test methods.
