新农村建设是我国未来经济社会发展的战略重点,作为农村基础设施建设的重要组成部分,农村电网的发展在新农村建设过程中,起到了至关重要的支撑与促进作用。然而,随着新农村建设的逐年深化,农网发展出现了新问题、新困境。因此,在新农村建设的社会大背景下,探讨农网发展与新农村建设的关系,并针对农网发展状况进行深入分析,从电网层面、企业层面、制度层面和人员层面等四个角度,提出与之对应的措施和建议,对于促进农网发展和保障新农村建设顺利实施,有着十分重要的现实意义。
New rural construction is the strategic focus of our country’s future economic and social development. As an important part of rural infrastructure construction, the development of rural power grid plays a crucial supporting and promoting role in the process of building new rural areas. However, with the deepening of new rural construction year by year, new problems and new difficulties have emerged in the development of rural power grids. Therefore, under the social background of new rural construction, this paper explores the relationship between the development of rural power network and the construction of new countryside and analyzes in depth the development of rural power network. From the aspects of grid level, enterprise level, system level and personnel level, Put forward the corresponding measures and recommendations for the promotion of rural power network and ensure the smooth implementation of the new rural construction, has very important practical significance.
