以矢尖蚧(Unaspis yanonensis Kuwana)的雌成蚧和若蚧为研究对象,采用逐步回归分析法确定了两种虫态的最适抽样部位;根据二阶抽样理论,探讨了在不同条件下的叶—树配额以及叶的最适抽样量(Kopt);用Green模型对两种虫态的序贯抽样方法造行了探讨。结果表明:(1)雌成蚧的最适抽样部位在上层和下层树冠叶片,若蚧以中层叶片最适;(2)当初级单元(树)和次级单元(叶片)抽样的消耗指标C_1/C_2=15时,若蚧平均密度在m≤1,k_(opt)=5叶,在m>1下,,k_(opt)=3~4叶。雌成蚧平均密度m<2时,k_(opt)=5叶;m>2时,k_(opt)=4叶。
The female and adult scales of Unaspis yanonensis Kuwana were selected as the research objects, and the optimal sampling sites of the two species were determined by stepwise regression analysis. According to the second-order sampling theory, Leaf-tree quotas and the optimum leaf sampling rate (Kopt). The green model was used to discuss the sequential sampling method of two kinds of insect states. The results showed as follows: (1) The optimum sampling site for female adults was in the upper and lower canopy leaves, and the middle leaves were the most suitable for scale members. (2) When the consumption index of primary unit (tree) and secondary unit / C_2 = 15, if the average density of Kuwana m ≤ 1, k_ (opt) = 5 leaves, m> 1, k_ (opt) = 3 ~ 4 leaves. K = (opt) = 5 leaves when the average density of female adults is m <2, and k_ (opt) = 4 leaves when m> 2.
