从理论和实践两方面着重阐明了动态测量系统和自动控制系统这两门学科之间的本质差别产生差别的原因在于这两种系统应当完成不同的技术任务，因而不能混淆

The essential differences between the two disciplines of dynamic measurement system and automatic control system are clarified in theory and practice. The reason for the difference is that the two systems should accomplish different technical tasks and should not be confused
