随着我国经济的不断发展,使得我国医院的事业也得到了极快的发展。我国医院事业的快速发展,促使医院越来越重视其成本的管理。这是因为成本管理是医院获得收益的重要保障,因此医院应当加强其成本管理。本文从医院成本管理中存在的不足着手,探讨了医院当怎样加强其成本管理。
