山东省莱州市县乡公路全长1000余公里,其中达三级路以上标准的有800多公里,路基宽8.5m～14m。为了改善县乡公路的通车状况,结合县乡公路交通量特点,莱州市修建了大量水泥路面、沥青路面,其中大部分基层采用了水泥砂砾基层。实践证明,应用水泥砂砾基层修建的路面建成通车后使用情况良好,取得了可观的经济效益和良好
