1994年度是我国海上石油产量大幅度增长的年份.至1994年10月份,已生产原油530万吨,提前2个月完成了国家原油生产计划,提前1年2个月实现了“八五”规划年产500万吨原油的产能计划.截止1994年12月7日已完成原油产量600万吨.预计年底可生产原油645万吨,比国家下达的生产计划超产21.7%,比1993年增长42.3%,呈现连续3年每年净增100多万吨产量的喜人局面.天然气生产亦呈稳定供应的态势.预计1994年可生产天然气近4亿立方米,比1993年增长38%.
