目的:观察痛风舒合剂对大鼠急性痛风性关节炎的作用,探讨其作用机制。方法:建立尿酸钠致大鼠足肿胀炎症模型,观察药物对急性痛风性关节炎的作用;收集大鼠给药后的尿液和血液,测定血尿酸浓度及尿酸清除率(Cur),观察药物对尿酸排泄的影响。结果:痛风舒合剂(1.87 g/kg)能显著抑制致炎大鼠的足肿胀(P<0.05);降低大鼠血尿酸浓度,提高Cur(P<0.05)。结论:痛风舒合剂具有抗急性痛风性关节炎的作用,其作用机理为促进体内尿酸排泄。
Objective: To observe the effect of Gout Fushuang agent on acute gouty arthritis in rats and its mechanism of action. Methods: The rat model of foot swelling caused by sodium urate was established to observe the effect of the drug on acute gouty arthritis. Urine and blood were collected from rats after administration, serum creatinine and uric acid clearance (Cur) were measured. Drugs Effect on uric acid excretion. Results: Tongfengshuai (1.87 g / kg) could significantly inhibit the foot swelling of rats with inflammation (P <0.05), decrease the serum uric acid concentration and increase Cur (P <0.05). Conclusion: Gout Recipe has anti-acute gout arthritis effect and its mechanism of action is to promote uric acid excretion in vivo.
