介绍喷孔直径对直喷式柴油机碳粒生成过程影响的试验研究及结果。试验在倒拖的单缸试验机上进行,采用了同步高速摄影技术。研究结果说明:喷孔直径影响着火位置。减小喷孔直径可加速碳粒燃烧扩展过程,提高碳粒燃烧速率,进而可降低柴油机的碳粒排放量。
The experimental research and results on the effect of nozzle hole diameter on the carbon particle formation process of direct injection diesel engine are introduced. The test was carried out on a dragged single cylinder test machine using a synchronous high-speed photography technique. The results show that the diameter of the nozzle affects the fire position. Reduce the nozzle diameter can accelerate the expansion of carbon combustion process to improve the carbon burning rate, which can reduce the carbon emissions of diesel engines.
