良好的人文素质教育对于全面贯彻党的教育方针、满足社会对高质量人才的需求、提高毕业生的就业能力有着重要意义。过分强调专业知识的学习和专业技能的训练,忽视学生人文素质的培养是当前高职教育教学中存在的主要问题。高职院校的教育理念、教育方式方法,高职学生自身的思想认识、成长背景等是问题形成的根本原因。加强高职院校大学生人文素质教育必须贯彻“以人为本”的教学理念,以促进学生德智体美全面发展为办学宗旨,在课程内容的设置、教学方法的应用、课外文化活动的安排、校园环境的美化等方面采取综合性的改革措施。
