在综采工作面复杂的地质条件下电牵引采煤机若发生故障,很难及时判断,容易造成传动系统的损坏,提出并研制了电牵引采煤机健康状态监测与智能故障诊断系统。该系统采用独立工作模式,构建以DSP芯片为核心的嵌入式系统,实现对采煤机运行状态及关键部件的监测、通讯、报警等功能。通过对电牵引采煤机进行健康状态监测与故障诊断,使采煤机的电气和机械故障率大大降低,提高了采煤机的安全性和可靠性,验证了该系统的实用性。
Under the complex geological conditions of fully mechanized mining face, if the electric haulage shearer fails, it is difficult to judge in time and the transmission system will be easily damaged. The health condition monitoring and intelligent fault diagnosis system of electric haulage shearer are proposed and developed. The system uses an independent mode of operation to build an embedded system with DSP chip as the core, to realize the functions of monitoring, communication and alarm of running status of coal winning machine and key components. Through the electrical traction shearer health monitoring and fault diagnosis, the shearer electrical and mechanical failure rate greatly reduced to improve the safety and reliability of shearer, and verify the practicality of the system.
