From the factory staff to the Central Office and then to the Commissioner Office, from the emphasis on corporate financial receipts and payments to comprehensive supervision and then into the financial management. Starting from the establishment of the Central Enterprise Department in 1986, the Commissioner’s Office has gone through more than 20 years of experience in exploring, innovating and fulfilling the mission entrusted by the state to safeguarding the safety, standardization and effective use of state financial funds.
