将探测限和测定限的统计学原理运用于热释光剂量计(TLD),可推导出计算这些限值的方程式。本文描述了三种不同级别的TLD检测系统,每一级别各有一种检测程序,并提供应用系统的实例,以及探测限和测定限对本底辐照的依赖性。结果表明,有必要对TLD系统低剂量监测的术语进行明确定义。
Applying the statistical principles of detection limits and determination limits to thermoluminescence dosimeters (TLDs), equations for calculating these limits can be derived. This article describes three different levels of TLD detection systems, one for each level, and provides examples of application systems, as well as the dependence of the detection and determination limits on background irradiation. The results indicate that it is necessary to define clearly the terms for low-dose monitoring of TLD systems.
