故障现象一辆2010年产伊兰特悦动车,搭载1.6 L发动机和手动变速器,行驶里程约为4.5万km,该车因发动机故障灯异常点亮而进厂维修。据驾驶人反映,该车已因此故障而进厂检修多次,每次都是清除故障代码并行驶一段时间后发动机故障灯即再次异常点亮。故障诊断试车验证故障,发现在发动机正常起动后,发动机故障灯常亮,而其他指示灯均正常。连接故障检测仪(RedBox)读取故障代码,得到故障代码为“P0420催化器效率故障-B1”(图1)。
