苹果诉三星专利侵权案尘埃落定,本次诉讼中比专利和金钱更重要的是认可创新的价值。备受业内关注的苹果诉三星专利侵权案昨天终于尘埃落定。陪审团裁定,三星侵犯了苹果的6项专利,并要求三星向苹果赔偿10.5亿美元。此判决一出,各种评论纷至沓来。那么此次判决对于苹果和三星还有整个产业会产生怎样的影响?首先看诉讼双方当事人。按常理,一个官司的结果出来(分出胜负),肯定会出现得利和失利的一方。但在这起专利诉讼中,我认为二者都是赢家。何以见得?
Apple v. Samsung’s patent infringement case was settled, more important than patents and money in this lawsuit is to recognize the value of innovation. Apple v. Samsung patent infringement case has been the industry concern finally settled yesterday. The jury ruled that Samsung had infringed six patents from Apple and asked Samsung to pay 1.05 billion U.S. dollars to Apple. The verdict came out, a variety of comments after another. So what is the impact of the verdict on Apple and Samsung as well as the entire industry? Let us look at the parties involved in the litigation first. According to common sense, the outcome of a lawsuit (winner), there will be profit-taking and defeat. But in this patent litigation, I think both are winners. Why see?
