NFκB是一种多极性基因调控蛋白,能调节多种参与炎症免疫反应的细胞因子、炎症介质、粘附分子及蛋白酶类的基因转录过程,从而控制它们的生物合成。哮喘和成人呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)是由多种细胞因子、炎性介质介导的免疫损伤性疾病,NFκB能从基因转录水平调控肿瘤坏死因子α、白介素1β、白介素8、诱生型一氧化氮合酶、磷脂酶A2等几种主要炎性细胞因子和介质的合成,因而在哮喘和ARDS的病理生理过程中具有重要的调节作用
NF kappaB is a multi-polar gene regulatory protein that can regulate a variety of inflammatory cytokines, inflammatory mediators, inflammatory molecules, adhesion molecules and proteases gene transcription process, thereby controlling their biosynthesis. Asthma and adult respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) is a kind of immune injury disease mediated by many kinds of cytokines and inflammatory mediators. NF kappaB regulates tumor necrosis factor alpha, interleukin-1 beta, interleukin-8, Inducible nitric oxide synthase, phospholipase A2 and several other major inflammatory cytokines and media synthesis, and thus in the pathophysiology of asthma and ARDS has an important regulatory role
