日立7170A生化分析仪具有自动化程度高、精密度高、准确性好、重复性好等优点,此仪器一般故障中最常见的现象是“杯空白报警”。造成这一现象的原因众多,有反应杯正常污染,反应杯出现划痕或裂纹,有分离胶污染,供水滤网及反应槽排水过滤网的原因,还有电磁阀SV15堵脏,水质不达标,清洗液及光源灯的原因等等。经过7年的使用,我们对造成这一现象的众多原因及处理方法作一总结,供同行参考
