By analyzing various factors affecting the quality of graduate dissertations， establishing an effective evaluation mechanism and monitoring system for the quality of graduate dissertations is conducive to discovering the problems in each link of graduate training， so as to continuously improve and reform the training mode， in order to improve the quality of graduate thesis and improve the quality of graduate training.Keywords： master's thesis; quality evaluation; monitoring system哈尔滨工程大学智能科学与工程学院研究生教育经过30多年的发展，已成为全校科研教学传统主体院系之一，是学校规模最大、学生数最多、科研总量最大的学院。
