本文运用规范研究与案例研究的研究方法,结合我国A股企业IPO被否案例,对我国A股企业IPO失败原因进行分析研究,针对这些原因,提出了相应的对策,以帮助我国拟上市企业提高IPO成功率,降低企业融资成本,提高行政许可效率,支持实体经济发展,降低投资者投资风险,促进我国资本市场健康快速发展。
In this paper, I use normative research and case studies of research methods, combined with China’s A-share IPO is no case, the reasons for the failure of China’s A-share IPO analysis, for these reasons, the corresponding countermeasures to help improve the proposed listing of enterprises in China IPO success rate, reduce the financing costs of enterprises, improve the efficiency of administrative licensing, support the development of real economy, reduce the investment risk of investors and promote the healthy and rapid development of China’s capital market.
