精神文明建设,重点在农村,难点也在农村。几年来,长泰县坚持“两手抓,两手都要硬”的方针,把社会主义精神文明建设提到更加突出的位置,不断探索新时期加强精神文明建设的新方针、新途径,我们从实践中体会到,抓好农村的精神文明建设,关键在于从严治党,搞好党风建设,充分发挥党员示范带头作用。这里首先要做好三件事:
