长期以来,钢球表面质量没有完善的检验方法,靠工人同志用肉眼在白炽灯下将钢球浸在汽油中进行抽检或在40倍显微镜下放大进行抽检。这样,工人检查的劳动强度高,检验效率低,不能对钢球进行100%的检验,就难免出现漏检现象。 为了有效地保证轴承质量,我厂组成了以工人为主体的三结合小组,并在上海遵义电表厂的大力支持协助下,经过摸索,探讨出用电子仪器来检验钢球的新方法。由于两厂革命职工高举毛泽东思想伟大红旗,勇于实践,勇于斗争,并且不断地总结经验和教训,克服了许多困难,终于在半年多的时间里,于1969年10月1日试制成功第一台钢球涡流探伤仪。本仪器特点是不破坏试件,对钢球的半成品、成品进行快速的100%检查。经过两年的试验和应用,仪器的性能和对裂纹的鉴别能力良好。 钢球涡流探伤仪的技术性能(在环境温
