警务区的现状陕西省安康城区划分警务区是自1990年3月率先从江北派出所实行的,其后逐步在新城、西城、东城3个所推广。到目前,城区4个派出所共设警区14个,有警力31名。一般一个警区2名干警,辖区较大的最多配备3名干警。几年来,通过警务制度的改革,在预防和打击现行犯罪,及时查处治安案件方面发挥了“短、平、快”的作用,为城区社会治安的稳定好转作出了贡献。其主要标志是:警务区的划分同中央制定的公安工作路线相一致,是落实“十八公”会议精神,把警力摆到街面上的一项重要措施公安工作路线就是群众路线,警务区的划分,干警责任的落实,就迫使干警必须走出机关,深入警区抓好自己的“责
