在深入学习贯彻中央2号文件精神和省有关文件的基础上,为了进一步解放思相,加快全行业“三外”工作的步伐,江苏省冶金厅经过充分准备于6月1～3日在常熟市召开全省冶金行业“三外”工作会议,会议的中心内容是:总结、交流全省冶金行业“三外”工作情况,分析形势,统一认识,部署今后“三外”工作,使之登上一个新的台阶。会议期间,常州冶金机械厂、苏州铜材厂、徐州光环钢管有限公司、张家港钢铁厂、宜兴市稀土分离厂、常熟市机械冶金局、常熟天宝有色金属材料有限公司等单位介绍了发展外向型经济的经验、体会。江苏省外经委、江苏省投资公司的同志作了专题发言,介绍了江苏省利用外资的情况,发展趋势,特别是阐述了搞好“三外”工作的政策及投资方向选择、投资程序、方式等当前急需明确的问题,使到会同志深受启发。省厅有关部门的同志部署了“三外”工作的任务、措施、应掌握的政策、加强信息、统计及冶金行业如何在与浦东开发区接轨中发挥作用等问题。
