云鹤,男,汉族,党员,现年51岁。1968年毕业于内蒙古医学院即到部队当军医7年,后在一家旗级医院当院长10年。1984年就任内蒙古伊克昭盟(简称伊盟)医院院长至今。1995年被评为全国优秀院长。 云鹤就任伊盟医院院长10年有余。这10年也是他锐意改革的10年。 1984年底,在历时10个月的调查研究的基础上,云鹤推出了以承包为主的技术经济责任制。方案推出后,拥护者有之,反对者亦有之。但事实是:曾经被患者砸了文明牌匾的这家医院,改革后,各方面有了明显的转机。
Yunhe, male, Han nationality, member, now 51 years old.
