中国企业管理协会主办的“企业兼并、破产与重组研讨班”,1月26日至2月3日在北京举办,来自全国18个省(区)的76名学员参加了培训。 在这期以学习企业兼并、破产与重组的法规和政策,促进企业优化升级为目的的培训班上,国家经贸委、体改委、劳动部、财政部和中央财经学院、中国金融研究所的领导、专家和教授,分别就企业兼并、破产与重组的现状、难点和对策,法规和政策,以及社会保障、财务处理及银企关系等方面进行了讲解和研讨。
The “Enterprise merger, bankruptcy and reorganization seminar” sponsored by the China Enterprise Management Association was held in Beijing from January 26th to February 3rd. 76 participants from 18 provinces (districts) across the country participated in the training. In this training class on learning corporate mergers, bankruptcies and reorganization laws and policies to promote the optimization and upgrading of enterprises, the State Economic and Trade Commission, the National Economic Reform Commission, the Ministry of Labor, the Ministry of Finance and the Central Financial and Economic Institute, the China Institute of Finance Leaders, experts, and professors gave lectures and discussions on the status, difficulties, and countermeasures, regulations, and policies of corporate mergers, bankruptcies, and restructuring, as well as social security, financial processing, and bank-enterprise relations.
