Chinese landscape painting has its own unique aesthetic connotation, which is determined by the outstanding traditional culture of the Chinese nation for thousands of years. In Chinese history, the philosophical views of the Taoist school and Confucianism as well as the Buddhist Zen Buddhism that emerged since the middle of the Tang dynasty can profoundly affect the Chinese landscape painting.
