目的 :寻找孕酮给药的新剂型。方法 :研制孕酮栓临床应用 5 5 0余例 ,系统观察 83例 15 6个月经周期。通过对患者用药前后基础体温测定 ,血孕酮测定 ,月经周期及妊娠情况的监测 ,来观察孕酮栓的疗效。结果 :孕酮栓阴道用药效果肯定 ,无不良反应。结论 :孕酮栓疗效可靠 ,是孕激素用药的新剂型。
Objective: To find a new dosage form of progesterone administration. Methods: The clinical application of progesterone suppository was applied in more than 550 cases, and 83 cases of 15 6 menstrual cycles were systematically observed. The efficacy of progesterone suppository was observed through the measurement of basal body temperature, blood progesterone determination, menstrual cycle and pregnancy status before and after treatment. Results: Progesterone suppository vaginal drug effect, no adverse reactions. Conclusion: Progesterone suppository has reliable curative effect and is a new dosage form of progestin.
