作者根据食道单极心房电图和体表心电图同步记录,发现左右心房电图在食道近端—远端有恒定的形态变化规律;分析食道单极导联中反映左房除极的A峰和V_1导联中反映右房除极的P峰的时间先后以及近远端P峰-A峰间期的长短可判断左右心房激动的先后顺序和方向;而P-A峰间期则可用以判断房间传导速度。这些发现对无创性心脏临床电生理检查具有一定意义。本研究曾通过国际联机检索,利用美国医学索引文档MEDLINE扫查1966—1986年5月的483万余篇文献,未发现有类似的报道。
According to the simultaneous recording of unipolar esophagus and body surface electrocardiogram, the author found that the left and right atrial electrograms have a constant morphological change at the proximal and distal esophagus. The analysis of the A peak and V_1 leads reflect the right atrial depolarization P-peak time and the near and far P-peak-A interphase length can determine the left and right atrial activation sequence and direction; and PA peak interval can be used to determine the room conduction speed. These findings are of clinical significance for noninvasive cardiac clinical electrophysiology. In this study, we did not find a similar report through international online search, using the MEDLINE of the United States to scan more than 4.83 million articles from May 1966 to May 1986.
