高校大学生中党员比例越来越高,进一步提高大学生党员的素质,加强对大学生党员的再教育工作显得十分重要。分析了高校大学生党员再教育的现存问题,从促进大学生党员自我概念的形成探究了大学生党员再教育的有效措施。
The proportion of college students in college is getting higher and higher. It is very important to further enhance the quality of university student party members and to strengthen the reeducation of college student party members. This paper analyzes the existing problems of college students’ reemployment and probes into the effective measures of reemployment of college student party members from the formation of self-concept of college students.
