2010年1月21日国务院办公厅下发了《关于促进电影产业繁荣发展的指导意见》,确立了电影产业繁荣发展的7个总体目标,并提出了10项主要措施。这是继《文化产业振兴规划》颁布以后,国家对促进电影产业繁荣发展提出的重要指导方针和具体政策措施保障,为电影产业的繁荣发展提供了难得的契机和良好的条件。为此,《电影艺术》杂志对工作在电影界第一线的领导、艺术家与行业精英进行了深入采访,并整理成文,以飨读者。
On January 21, 2010, the General Office of the State Council issued Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Prosperity and Development of the Film Industry, setting 7 overall goals for the prosperity and development of the film industry and putting forward 10 major measures. This is an important guideline and specific policy measure that the state has put forward to promote the prosperity and development of the film industry after the promulgation of the “Plan for the Revitalization of the Culture Industry”, providing a rare opportunity and favorable conditions for the prosperity and development of the film industry.
