教育改革的重点在基层,领导是关键,能否实现教育家办学,提升教育教学水平,校长的专业发展程度至关重要。通过对京津沪渝四大直辖市中小学校长的专业化水平进行抽样调查发现,中小学校长专业化发展需求强烈,在年龄结构、学历结构、职称结构、工作年限和满意度等领导素养方面存在差异,其专业发展机制与模式总体上较为单一。为了提高中小学校长的专业化水平,需要加大政策供给力度,完善专业发展激励机制,创新专业发展模式体系,从而为提升教育质量提供有力保障。
The focus of education reform is at the grassroots level and leadership is the key. It is of crucial importance to ensure that educators can run schools and education and teaching levels increase. Through the sample survey on the professionalism of primary and secondary school principals in Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai and Chongqing, we found that there is a strong demand for the specialization of primary and secondary school principals in the aspects of age literacy, academic structure, professional title structure, working life and satisfaction Difference, its professional development mechanism and mode is generally more single. In order to improve the professionalism of primary and secondary school principals, it is necessary to intensify policy supply, improve the incentive mechanism for professional development, and innovate the professional development model system so as to provide strong guarantees for improving the quality of education.
