我校实验室中所用的涡轮流量传感器是上海自动化仪表九厂生产的。通常采用频率计测量传感器的输出频率,再从传感器的特性曲线查出流量。随着微机技术的发展和实验要求的提高,有必要用微机对流量进行监测、控制和数据处理及打印。但流量传感器输出频率信号的幅值、极性和波形各不相同,峰值从一伏到十几伏不等,波形从类似正弦波到接近方波。
Turbine flow sensor used in our school laboratory is produced by Shanghai Automation Instrumentation Co., Ltd. Usually use the frequency meter to measure the output frequency of the sensor, and then find out the flow characteristics of the sensor. With the development of computer technology and experimental requirements to improve, it is necessary to monitor the flow of computer, control and data processing and printing. However, the flow sensor output frequency signal amplitude, polarity and waveform vary from peak to dozens of volts peak ranging from similar to sine wave to square wave.
