Reading teaching is an important part of English teaching and it occupies a considerable proportion in teaching. Based on the theory of psychology, this article explores the cognitive psychology process of reading teaching. It aims to improve the effectiveness of college English reading teaching and achieve the purpose of teaching science and optimizing the effect.
