本文利用ADINA非线性自动增量有限元程序,对立井冻结壁的变形分布、应力分布、工作面底鼓分布特征进行了三维有限元数值计算,分析了段高高度、暴露时间、冻结温度等对其的影响,并同若干现场量测结果比较,表明三维有限元数值计算结果同实际较为接近。本文结果可作为相似条件下冻结壁力学状态分析的参考。
In this paper, ADINA nonlinear automatic incremental finite element program is used to perform three-dimensional finite element numerical calculations on deformation distribution, stress distribution, and distribution characteristics of the working face floor of the frozen wall of vertical shaft. The height height, exposure time, freezing temperature, etc. are analyzed. Its impact, and compared with some on-site measurement results, shows that the three-dimensional finite element numerical calculation results are close to the actual ones. The results of this paper can be used as a reference for the analysis of the mechanical state of frozen walls under similar conditions.
