患者21岁,孕2产0,流产一次.因妊娠31/2月要求终止妊娠,于1994年12月9日入院.末次月经时间为94年8月26日,妊娠40天时在外院行药物流产,服药第3天阴道出血伴血块,持续数天干净.患者误认为胚胎已排出故未至该院复诊,后因月经3(1/2)月不来潮,前来我院门诊就诊.月经史:12(3/27)量中,无痛经.入院体检:体温、脉搏、血压正常.心肺无异常,肝脾未触及.妇科检查,外阴:正常,阴道:婚式,白带量多,宫颈:光滑,宫体:增大如孕3(1/2)月,附近:未触及包块,无触痛.白带检查:霉菌(+),“B”超检查:可见胎心搏动,胎头双顶径4.5厘米.血尿常规、肝肾功能均正常.入院后行阴道擦洗,霉
