用免疫调节剂炔睾醇治疗Ⅱ型肾病综合征(INS)患者15例,从用药至尿蛋白明显减少的时间为15～80天(平均38天),有效率93.3％。每日用药0.6g,尿蛋白降至0.5g/d以下时减量为0.4g/d维持。随访2～5个月无复发。并讨论了该药治疗INS的适应征。
Fifteen patients with type II nephrotic syndrome (INS) were treated with the immunomodulatory agent acetylanthiol.
