简要介绍了公共图书馆事业的发展历程及国内外图书馆法规建设情况,针对目前我国图书馆地方性法规存在的执行不利等问题,提出了加强全社会法制建设的建议。
This paper briefly introduces the development history of public libraries and the construction of laws and regulations in libraries at home and abroad. In view of the problems of the implementation of the local laws and regulations in our country nowadays, this paper puts forward suggestions on how to strengthen the legal system construction in the whole society.
