去年,我在英国接受系统的工商经济管理硕士(MBA)教育,在国外研究了国外招商引资的一些做法,也学到了新的方法与理念。归国后我注意到全社会都在倡导经营城市的理念,这确实是我国政府在加强城市建设上的一个观念的根本性的变化,是符合经济规律的正确选择。既然经营城市已成为政府决策的一致取向,那么就应以“经营”的观点来审视我们的招商引资工作。
Last year, I received a systematic Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) education in the UK and studied some overseas practices for attracting investment abroad. I also learned new methods and concepts. After returning to China, I noticed that the whole society is advocating the idea of running a city. This is indeed a fundamental change in our government’s concept of strengthening urban construction. It is the correct choice in line with economic law. Since the operation of the city has become the unanimous orientation of government decision-making, then we should be “business ” point of view to examine our investment.
